This light code was designed to assist moving through times of great change. Change can come to us through different situations, such as loosing a job, the end of a relationship, the passing of a loved one or through illness. When we are confronted with change, we always face a certain level of death one way or another, because one part or aspect of us or our life is ending. This can be scary and bring up a whole range of deep emotions and fears. When we let go of those fears and attachments to what we used to have, we open ourselves up for new experiences and also embrace the situation with an open heart. This doesn’t mean that we should not experience or acknowledge those feelings of loss and everything that comes with it. However, we can choose to move through them with grace and the knowing that nothing ever last. The nature of being is ever-changing, but nothing and no-one is really ever lost. We carry people and experiences in our heart and we are connected on a different level.
