It can be a little scary to be different than the crowd, sometimes to the point where we don’t want to mingle with others for fear of rejection, or we might try so hard to fit in that we deny who we truly are. That rarely makes us happy because we are not staying true to ourselves. It is important to embrace all that we are no matter how different we might be compared to others. When we truly embrace who we are, we honor ourselves on all levels, we accept ourselves for who we are and we live our life not to make others happy but ourselves, and this in turn will radiate outwards so that people around us can benefit from it. We all have elements and aspects to ourselves that are worthwhile discovering and that are unique to who we are. What are yours?
