Restorative Yoga for deep
relaxation, release and transformation
Marion's Restorative Yoga sessions are a combination of classic restorative set ups, deep breathing and energy work. During the session, she will guide you into deep relaxation to reset your nervous system, reconnect within and release physical, mental and emotional tension. This type of Yoga combined with her energy work and body work can also assist in releasing past traumatic energies from the body and mind , reset your nervous system so that you can move through life with more ease and grace. A session with Marion will leave you deeply relaxed and refreshed at the same time and can bring about deep transformation of personal long held patterns and energies.
You will not need any previous Yoga experience, as the set ups are a variation of classic Yoga Asanas (postures) using many props, such as a bolster, blocks and blankets. The aim of those set ups is that you and your body feel safe and supported, so that you can relax and let go. When the body feels safe and supported it'll open up and release patterns held deep within the body tissue, as this is where we story energetic memories from past experiences and conditioning that can often block us and hold us back from reaching our true potential.

During the session Marion applies gentle hands on adjustments and energy work to support the trasformation journey of her client. She will also include her Soul Transformation Code Essences if she feels guided to do so.
