An afternoon of deep relaxation and transformation
Treat yourself to an afternoon of relaxation, bliss and release, the perfect way to prepare for the week ahead. During this 1 hour and 45 minutes session, Marion will guide you through a series of restorative yoga setups combined with deep breathing and relaxation. This type of Yoga can initiate deep release and transformation on a physical, emotional and mental level and will leave you profoundly relaxed and calm. During the session, Marion will apply gentle hands on adjustments and energy work to help your body, mind and soul release old patterns and bring about positive change in a safe environment.
