In Yoga Philosophy the Sanskrit word Kaivalya is the ultimate liberation/ freedom from the cycles of rebirth. We have released all attachments and let go of all our Samskaras, habitual patterns that leave energetic imprints and keep us in a cycle of karmic actions. We have realise who we truly are and completely reside within our divine inner light and we realise that we can simply BE from within that divine light. If you like you can meditate with this light code and invite this concept into your body, mind and soul. We might not find this ultimate liberation but we can aspire to move towards it and on our journey, we learn, understand, heal and let go of things that do not serve us anymore, always moving closer towards the final liberation.
