The word ‘Sattva’ is a Sanksrit word. In Yoga it is one of three energies/ qualities (Gunas) which nature (and everything that exists) consists off. Sattva is the quality of clarity and pureness, the state of harmony and balance. This Light code is designed for the nervous system. For most of us, our nervous system is over-stimulated and we have to deal with and process so many stimuli, more than we are actually consciously aware of. This overstimulation can cause anxiety. This essence contains the energies and frequencies of the Soul Transformation Code 'Sattva' It is designed to assist the nervous system to come into a sattvic state and to be in harmony and peace and to not feel overwhelmed by the many stimuli around us.
