Forgiveness
Holding on to past pains and hurts never helps to move on in life. When we hold on to those hurts or keep resenting ourselves for hurting others or allowing them to hurt us, we keep storing those negative energies in our bodies, which eventually can manifest in physical imbalances or even illness. Forgiveness doesn't mean that we forget and accept unacceptable behaviour. It means most of all forgiving ourselves and then others by releasing the emotional attachments to those memories and events. We can still remember and also put up boundaries to those who have hurt us, but we have released the emotional energies around those events and people that keep us in a lower vibration and make our heart heavy.
